Back in 1986, I had my first solo art show at Nancy Poole’s Studio in Yorkville. As a young artist just out of University, I was naturally very excited. In choosing the works for the show, the curators asked me to show this self portrait with the other landscapes. I reluctantly agreed thinking that no one would buy such a personal work. Well to my surprise it was the first work I ever sold for $750.00.

Moving forward 37 years later I would like to find this picture of “me”. I was told it was purchased by a Toronto actor but that is all I know.
